Our Story
Den and Meadow is a celebration of how our beautiful country was built. Through perseverance, relationship building, and exploration, the fur trade was Canada’s first major export.
Join us in the Meadow for live entertainment from The Cougar Cabaret featuring The Beavettes and the Oddities of the Aurora, frosted mugs of Canadian draft, family-style sharing braised meat dishes, a collection of the world’s finest whiskies, and a toasty fireplace.
Looking for something a little more intimate? The Den side of the room, opening in Fall / Winter 2020, will provide you with some of the best cocktail drinking experiences one can have, paired with an iconic setting of warm wood and Tiffany lighting.
